Summary of the Position

The Associate Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for running digital marketing efforts in support of various graduate and undergrad programs. These responsibilities include paid social media, paid search, landing page creation and optimization, and content development. The Associate Director, Digital Marketing is aware of emerging trends and tools in the digital media space and is responsible for testing, optimizing and tracking digital marketing performance.

Essential Functions

-Understand the goals and objectives of the university and develop plans to effectively reach prospects with a compelling go to market digital plan
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including traffic, conversion and optimization efforts to reach lead goals while maximizing ROI
-Manage social and PPC campaigns including vendor management, campaign data analysis and executive reporting.
-Identify and drive action plans to improve conversion rates and inbound lead development and demand generation.
-Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and increase inbound lead traffic.
-Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders across the company to drive alignment and results on digital marketing initiatives and approaches.
-Identify new digital marketing opportunities to grow lead volume
-Communicate performance, insights and opportunities throughout the organization with frequent analysis and a focus on key performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications(Education and Experience Requirements)

-5+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency or corporate marketing department managing digital marketing campaigns including PPC, paid social and re-targeting.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Significant direct response experience across a range of digital channels including SEM, display and paid social and SEO.
-Ability to test activity, measure results and optimize accordingly is essential.
