Registrar and Director of Institutional Research
Wells College is searching for a Registrar and Director of Institutional Research. The Registrar and Director of Institutional Research serves as the primary steward and certifier of all official academic records in accordance with the College’s academic policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and FERPA guidelines; is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the quality and integrity of student academic records; oversees the student information system’s functions related to registration, advising, grades, course information and access to these functions by faculty and students via the campus portal; and conducts institutional research for internal and external reporting.
Wells College is a small coeducational liberal arts college located in the village of Aurora, New York, which offers affordable, family-friendly living within a half hour's drive of Ithaca and within a 75 minute radius of Rochester, Syracuse and numerous other colleges and universities – an area rich in natural, educational and cultural resources. The current student body numbers about 500, 76% from NY State, and 32% identifying as students of color.
