The School of Applied Sciences is currently accepting applications for one full-time faculty member in Biology at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2018. The primary appointment for the faculty position will be in the Department of Natural and Applied Sciences with a joint appointment in the Department of Funeral Service Education.Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution, and a demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college or university level. Preferred qualifications include sensitivity to the educational needs of a diverse student population and experience teaching courses in Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Zoology, Biochemistry, and/or Ecology.
