Duties: Wharton People Analytics at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Researcher who will manage and coordinate significant multi-site research projects with multiple sources of funding. The position entails developing and implementing research designs, data collection methods, and strategies for data management, as well as collaborating with outside agencies and institutions.
Working in collaboration with a Principal Investigator and as a member of the WPA Research Team, the Research Coordinator will provide overall coordination of a significant multi-funded and/or multi-site research project(s), which includes, assisting with developing and implementing research designs, data collections methods, and data analysis, as well as drafting research reports. Coordinating multiple data collection, data analysis and research paper compositions efforts will require interfacing with other collaborating agencies or institutions. The research involves the use of field data, experimental data and hybrid field experiments.
Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
