Minimum Education/Experience: * PhD with a concentration in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration from an appropriately accredited institution that satisfies credentialing under SACS guidelines; candidates with PhD conferred at the time of initial appointment will hold the probationary rank of Assistant Professor. ABD candidates will also be initially appointed with the probationary term rank of Assistant Professor and must have the terminal degree conferred prior to their first reappointment. * Evidence of the ability to develop, implement, and maintain a significant ongoing research agenda * Willingness to teach online * Evidence of excellence in teaching

Job Duties: Applications are invited for a full-time, tenure track position available in the Department of Management within the College of Business at East Carolina University beginning August 2018. Candidate will teach some combination of undergraduate and graduate courses in a variety of organizational behavior and management concentration areas including human resources, negotiations, organizational development, organizational behavior and leadership. Online teaching is a possibility. Standard teaching load is 9 s.h in each of the fall and spring semesters and 2 preparations. Candidates will perform scholarly research leading to publications in the area(s) of specialization as required for tenure; be expected to provide service to the university, community, and profession; and other typical service duties as assigned by the department chair. Excellence in teaching is expected. Appointment is at the Assistant Professor or Instructor rank with competitive salary and research support.
