The Temporary Marketing Coordinator, Executive Education Marketing will support the Executive Education Marketing team members (Associate Directors and Director) with project management, creative execution and budget management/invoice payment. This is a part-time temporary role for approximately three months. Position will work 2-3 days/week.
- Project Management
- Update project management tool, Smart Sheets, with status of campaigns, budget and timelines
- Ensure all direct mail is on time and within budget between Print and Letter shop vendors
- Marketing Budget Support
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and routed to Accounting team
- Creative Support
- Proofread all emails, print ads, display ads and landing pages prior to deployment
- Manage minor content updates on the website via Site Core, and assist with content updates on print and digital creative materials
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required
- Ability to work well with multiple departments required
- Professional demeanor required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least two years marketing experience required.
Technical Knowledge or Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of how to prioritize workflow required.
- Technical skills required: proficiency in MS Excel or, similar spreadsheet software.
