Job description

Duties: The Project Manager B will have strong research and administrative skills to provide management for multiple clinical trials in the department of Radiation Oncology. The Project Manager B will work with multiple PIs to plan and implement new research studies, with a focus on the RadOnc Biorepository and Registry and RadOnc Intern Program. This position will have oversight of research studies including management of day-to-day research activities, IRB and regulatory requirements and the training and supervision of research staff. The project manager will be responsible for managing and tracking multiple study budgets as well as manage the timely submission of reports to the sponsors. The Project Manager B will meet regularly with study and department leadership to provide study updates but will function independently in carrying out most responsibilities. The role will include regular contact with outside entities of importance to manage the execution of agreements and subcontracts and will assist with preparing work for presentation at national meetings.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.

Experience with Penn Chart and Epic is preferred, phlebotomy is required.
