RETAIL FOOD SALES ASST MGR II
Position Summary: The position will assist the Retail Dining Manager (RDM) in recruiting, training and directing a team of hospitality professionals to ensure outstanding service of food and beverage execution in all outlets within the UGA Center for Continuing Education and Hotel. They will be responsible for managing elements related to the profit and loss within the outlet operations as well as assist the RDM in the development and management of a service culture that creates a work environment focused on the health and safety of guests and employees.
Responsibilities: Oversee staffing needs regarding scheduling and planning shifts.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university including (2-3 years work) experience in a retail food service environment, and driver's license required.
