Position Information
As the Administrative Officer for the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC), provides high-level coordination and administrative support to designated individual(s) and as needed to the Senior Disability Coordinator. Provides high-level coordination and administrative support on a wide range of issues, projects, and strategic initiatives that are consistent with campus, divisional, and Student Health & Wellness Services goals. Has thorough understanding of the priorities and expectations of the Director and the Senior Disability Coordinator and takes these into account in coordinating their schedules. Performs IT support for R'Ability (Clockwork), which includes project management, database administration, troubleshooting general software/hardware and end user questions and concerns. Provides backup support to the Academic Support Center during peak periods and/or staff shortages and serves as backup for purchasing and staff reimbursements. Assists with developing, compiling and coordinating the annual budget process. Prepares monthly, quarterly and ad hoc budget and staffing reports. Assists the Financial and HR Supervisor with consolidated budget, staffing and ad hoc reports for Student Health & Wellness Services. Maintains electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval. Adheres to administrative policies and procedures within the office to achieve maximum efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
