The University of Charleston School of Business & Leadership is seeking Online Adjunct Professors to teach in our Online/Synchronous Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Courses may include Managerial Accounting & Finance, Quantitative Methods for Management, Managerial Economics, Operations Management, and Strategic Decision Making. Full course descriptions and additional information about our MBA program can be found at http://www.ucwv.edu/academics/master-of-business-administration/

Candidates should possess doctoral academic credentials, professional experience, and demonstrated excellence in online/hybrid teaching. A master’s degree with 18+ doctoral hours in the teaching area is the academic qualification required.

All teaching assignments are 8-week courses that require weekly synchronous online delivery via remote meeting software (WebEx). While there is no contractual commitment beyond the term contract, appointments are anticipated to be regular for qualified faculty who join our team. MBA faculty are expected to engage with the team of other MBA faculty to advise our cohorts of MBA students as they conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of a real-world capstone organization over the course of our 16-month MBA program.

Electronic submissions are encouraged.
