Basic Functions: Effectively coordinate and implement a strategic approach to marketing and communications on behalf of the Knowlton Center for Career Exploration with a wide range of key constituencies - students, faculty, alumni, parents, employers, advanced degree admissions officers, foundation officers, and other friends of Denison. Interpret and analyze data (on students, engagement activities, employers, etc.) and create reports to assist in decisions regarding programming, marketing and overall effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions: Create, curate and manage all published and print content relevant to reaching our constituents, ensuring that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies * Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. * Organize the production of branded items and print pieces Manage a team of student "Digital Ambassadors" to build engagement with all campus constituencies. Execute Digital and Social Media Marketing * Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram * Maintain center blog and website * Coordinate and deliver email campaigns, including weekly digital newsletter * Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and online activities. Serve as liaison to University Communications, ensuring congruence with the University branding strategy Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations and measure success * Design and create data reports for leadership team Perform other duties as required or as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree and minimum of one-year professional experience * Possess knowledge and experience in marketing * Ability to work seamlessly from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side of data * Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how platforms are best deployed in relevant scenarios * Ability to guide co-workers when necessary (e.g. content development, creation and editing of content, online reputation management) * Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in writing * Evidence of achievement in a team culture * Available to work some evenings and weekends * Some travel will be required * Must possess a valid driver's license
