Job description

Duties: Assists Director with planning, developing, implementing, directing and managing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations and activities of the Fiscal Operations department to ensure activities, accomplish objectives and fulfill the University's need for such activities. Perform financial planning, analysis, budgeting, accounting, and salary management activities for several departments, meet with department heads, and produce monthly reports. Monitor and verify tuition distribution process. Post student scholarships. Monitor gift and endowment fund activity. Interface with central University financial offices. Supervise and develop administrative assistant who performs the majority of the School's repeating business processes. This position reports to the Director of Fiscal Operations.

Qualifications: College degree, Master's preferred in Business, Finance or Accounting. Specific work experience required as Business Administrator in an academic institution. Required experience with BEN Financials, Penn's Data Warehouse and PennWorks Payroll, TEM System. Must have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, analytical and communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Business Objects and other analytical software.
