Experience Requirement: Current/recent professional experience, substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility to satisfy AACSB requirements for Scholarly Practitioners (SP) or Instructional Practitioners (IP). Prior teaching experience is desirable.

Usual Duties: Full time teaching of undergraduate accounting classes. Prepare lectures, assignments, examinations, and other class-related materials for both face-to-face and online classes. Assign and grade homework. Hold office hours and provide assistance to students as needed. Take part in departmental administrative activities as directed by the department chair. Participate in other academic and professional engagement activities consistent with the department's mission.

Degree Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in accounting. CPA license is highly desired. Other professional accounting certifications are a plus.

Other Requirements for the Position: To satisfy the College's AACSB accreditation standards, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in sufficient scholarly/professional activities necessary to maintain Scholarly Practitioner (SP) or Instructional Practitioner (IP) status.
