The Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Sinai Health System, in conjunction with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, seeks one physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist fulfilling the academic position description of Clinician Teacher, Clinician in Quality and Innovation, or Clinician Investigator. The position will be based at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare with opportunity to provide consultation services at Mt. Sinai Hospital.
