Guest Services Supervisor
Position Summary: The Guest Services Supervisor will assist the Guest Services Manager in leading a team of young professionals in concierge, shuttle, and bellhop services and providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors of the Georgia Center. This position assists in training, supervising, and mentoring the team to provide guests and employees of the Georgia Center with outstanding service. Guest Services is often the first and last contact that a guest has with the University of Georgia and is vital to creating a lasting positive impression. The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising transportation services, providing concierge and information services, and coordinating luggage and package services for guests and conference groups.
Responsibilities: Assist Guest Services Manager in training, and supervising a service-oriented team that provides guests and employees of the Georgia Center with outstanding service.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and considerable experience related to this class of work including some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
