The Office of Human Resources Office is dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and development of a highly qualified, committed, and diverse workforce, encouraging and supporting the faculty and staff in their vital role of meeting the College's mission and goals and our commitment to our students. The Associate Director provides leadership and direction for the College and its employees by organizing, directing and managing a comprehensive human resource function which may include labor and employee relations, recruitment, employment and retention services, organizational design, compensation administration, HRIS or job evaluation and classification. She/he will be responsible for HR strategy, administration and program development with a focus on functional enhancements, superior customer service, strategic growth and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Master degree and a minimum of five years of directly related experience in human resources is required along with experience managing, developing and mentoring a professional workforce.

Preferred Qualifications

Human resources certification.
