Visiting Assistant Professor of Hispanic Studies
The Hispanic Studies Department at Hamilton College invites applications for a one-year visiting position at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor, beginning July 1, 2018. Teaching load is five courses. We seek candidates who specialize in pre-1800 literature and culture of Spain and/or Latin America. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, and must demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with diverse student populations. Your cover letter should address ways in which you raise issues of diversity in your teaching, scholarship, and/or service. Candidates with ABD will be considered, although candidates with a Ph.D. are preferred.
