Position Summary: Act as the office manager for the Event Services Department by answering the phone, ordering the necessary supplies for the functioning of the department, processing and paying of department bills, along with duties assigned by the Events Services Manager. Manage resource requests, changes, resolving of conflicts/issues and billing for the Department Resource Area through the Facilities Management System. Assist the Conference Registrar, and work closely with Event Coordinators to provide registration services support.
Responsibilities: Manage resource request confirmation and billing, resolve space conflicts using the Facilities Management System.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
