Simon Fraser University Dean Lifelong Learning Simon Fraser University (SFU) is for the fourth consecutive year ranked by the Maclean’s University Ranking Guide as Canada's leading comprehensive university and it has held first or second place for nearly a decade. SFU has also been recognized by the Times Higher Education World University Ranking as one of Canada’s top 10 research universities. SFU is now seeking to appoint an exceptional person to be the Dean of Lifelong Learning. The Dean is responsible for providing leadership and vision to Lifelong Learning and aligning its activities with the mission and vision of SFU. For over 45 years SFU Lifelong Learning has been providing academic programming that allows learners to achieve their educational, intellectual, professional and cultural goals through credit and non-credit programing in collaboration with SFU’s academic faculties and the wider community. As a member of the senior administration of the University, the Dean will also share in responsibility for the overall management of the Institution. The position reports to the Vice-President, Academic and Provost.
