Job Duties: This position serves in a business support role for patients, dentists and other staff at the ECU School of Dental Medicine and the Community Service learning Centers to optimize practice policies and procedures. These functions require 100% of the employees' time and effort. This position is located in a clinical site and is involved in the following functions: Registration, Scheduling, Cashiering, Outpatient Charge Entry, Telephone Operations and third party payer authorization.
