About the Job

Arkansas State University - Newport (ASUN) is seeking nominations and applications for the position of Instructor of Life Sciences on the Newport campus. 

The Instructor of Life Sciences provides effective instruction in the areas of Biology, and related fields.  This position facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment.

Potential candidates should be able to instruct courses in Biology, and other Life Sciences appropriate to the two-year college level.

Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree with 18 semester credit hours in the major area of concentration and a Doctorate is preferred.  Experience in the use of instructional technology and on-line coursework as well as previous educational teaching experience is desirable.   Prior experience with developmental
