Advertised Job Summary: The Training/Quality Assurance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to develop and oversee a training and quality assurance program for the custodial unit. The program will be based on a train-the-trainer concept of training with an internal inspection process documenting individual staff performances and facilitating remedial training if needed. Our custodial services unit is responsible for 2.1 million gross square foot of residence hall space. This position has been designated as essential personnel during inclement/hazardous weather and other emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree and 2 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience; or equivalency. Valid driver's license required.
