Associate Director, Full-time MBA Career Services

The Career Center at the Merage School of Business has a great opportunity for an experienced, client-focused, business professional who has a passion for developing people. This position involves delivering classroom training and providing individual coaching to full-time MBA students and interacting with companies that hire MBAs. The Associate Director of MBA Career Services, in coordination with the Director of Career Management, develops and delivers comprehensive, career management training and career coaching programs that provide expert guidance and empowerment necessary to assist MBA students in attaining their professional career goals. The Associate Director, with input from the Director, develops and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, and strategies relating to the career training and coaching programs; manages and delivers career management workshops with assistance from other Career Center staff and outside experts; develops, implements, and manages targeted corporate relations activities including career awareness events, and materials and resources necessary to support career development; manages multifaceted relationships with staff, faculty, alumni, corporate representatives and students; and provides career coaching to individuals and groups. The Associate Director takes an active role in local, regional, or national professional associations and organizations to support the career advancement of MBA students, and to build and enhance the reputation of the school and the programs in the community.

Salary: Annual $80,000 - $90,000.00 (Based on experience)
Total Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Career Position.
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, some evenings/weekends.
Final candidate subject to background check.
