Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology (Computational Biology and Bioinformatics )

Job description

The Department of Biology at Washington & Lee University is seeking applications for a visiting position in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics for the 2018-2019 academic year:

 

The successful candidate will be able to assemble a teaching portfolio that may include a 100- or 200- level lecture/lab or an advanced 300-level course in Computational or Quantitative Biology. The lab components of these courses should be focused on inquiry-based research questions.

Qualifications

 

Completion of a Ph.D. is preferred, but we will consider exceptionally well-qualified ABD applicants.
