Under the supervision of the Manager of Gift Administration, the Gift Analyst manages information about UC Irvine's donor solicitation process and gift/pledge commitments with the goal protecting the non-profit status of UCI and the UCI Foundation, as well as building lasting philanthropic relationships that benefit both the donor and the University. In partnership with development officers, Gift Administration provides information, knowledge, coordination, and tools that support the campus in achieving its fundraising goals. The unit informs prospect solicitation strategies and compliance with IRS and UC regulations, as well as efforts to successfully move donors through the stages of the fundraising cycle. Gift Administration's analysis and management of secured pledges and gifts ensure that donor intent is honored, transactions are appropriately classified, and that donors receive timely and correct receipt information in accordance with IRS and UC policies and in line with the donor/prospect cycle that supports philanthropic relationships.

Salary: Hourly $23.58
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
