Coordinator of Kress Inn & Bemis Conference Center

Job description

St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Coordinator of the Kress Inn and Bemis Conference Center. This position is responsible for assisting the Manager of the Kress Inn with financial reports, reservations, guest services, monthly billing statements and accounts payable/invoice processing for the Kress Inn. The coordinator will also serve as a backup Front Desk Guest Services Representative at the Kress Inn one day per week based on the weekend coverage rotation schedule. Lastly, this position is responsible for performing concierge duties for the Bemis Conference Center and assisting the Director of Sales and Conference Services with special projects.
