Duties: The Senior Digital Specialist is responsible for the development of strategy and the tactical creation and implementation of content for the Penn Law website, new/social media, and other emerging platforms, integrated with the wider objectives of the Law School's communications plan. The incumbent is required to manage, supervise, and mentor approximately a dozen student employees during the academic year; possess the experience and public speaking skills to frequently train and develop students and staff on how to use social media and related technologies as professionals; and be comfortable with and poised in engaging publicly with external audiences (individuals, organizing, new and traditional media) routinely as a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or more, Master's Degree preferred and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
