Library Assistant IV - University Libraries (000931)
Reporting to the Access Services Manager, the Reserves and Course Support Supervisor is responsible for coordinating course support services, including physical and electronic reserves, and streaming media. This position manages the course support services in close collaboration with staff in multiple library locations, supervises course reserves library staff, coordinates reserves workflows, and manages the day-to-day setup and usage of the Ex Libris Leganto Course Reading List software. This position will be instrumental in creating a vision for the future of Course Reserves and streaming services. Scheduled hours will be Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-6pm.
Course Support Services
Service Desk On-Call
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in public services or customer service is required.
- Experience working with Leganto Course Reading-Lists software or a similar system, experience working in a library, supervisory experience.
Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-6pm.
