IT Systems Support Professional V
This position provides first and second level support via email, phone and in person for campus technology issues, including software/hardware repair and classroom AV issues. This position will assist with the management of the KSU Service Desk, including AV circulation and the main campus telephone operators.
Oversee a team responsible for endpoint support providing advanced administration of operating system and associated network services/servers; take a lead role addressing security issues within the UITS Software section; oversee and proactively address security concerns within UITS Infrastructure desktop section; perform as application and Active Directory Administrator; evaluate, configure and resolve advanced issues related to Windows desktop operating systems supported on campus; perform network based enterprise application deployment.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience OR Associate's degree,Technical certification and 5 years experience.
