Job description

The Gladys L. Benerd School of Education at the University of Pacific, a hub of innovation and learning located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley in Stockton, CA, seeks an experienced P/K-12 scholar/practitioner to join the faculty of the Educational Administration and Leadership Department, as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice (non-tenure earning). We seek a colleague with a deep commitment to equity and social justice and the preparation of innovative educational leaders; and who recognizes the importance of engaging Credential, Masters and Doctoral students in scholarship and practices, focused on real-world experiences.

The successful candidate will hold a California Clear Administrative Services Credential, have experience as a campus principal and/or central office administrator, demonstrate evidence of potential to conduct and mentor research, and be able provide leadership in the development of educational practices required for those seeking the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. The position will take an active role in our community engagement efforts throughout the Central Valley.
