ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

Job description

Duties: Reporting to the Director of Student Affairs, Administration & Finance, the Associate Director of Administration will support the strategy and execution of key initiatives at the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative (WCAI), including student programs, prospect development (CRM), website functionality (CMS), financial operations, and other projects, as assigned. The Associate Director will work with the Director to draft annual project plans (including strategy and budget), execute tactical implementation, and adjust plan as needed throughout the year. He/she will collaborate with the operations and research teams to launch new programs and/or improve existing ones. He/she will also run postmortem reviews of project activity or processes (i.e. new student programs, managing CRM, website workflow, etc.); solicit feedback from various stakeholders (alumni, students, faculty directors, internal/external constituents); recommend changes (refinements, expansions, or discontinuations); and execute them. He/she will also interview, hire and manage student workers for WCAI.
Generally, the Associate Director of Admin will work closely with the Director of Student Affairs, Administration & Finance to better streamline the Center's administrative (non-research) operations and also cultivate growth opportunities for WCAI in the evolving analytics space.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must be a team player who can work effectively in a dynamic situation. Must be professional as well as comfortable interacting with various types of constituents: students, faculty, staff, alumni and senior members in WCAI-related industries.
