Advertised Job Summary: The Classification & Compensation Analyst consults with departmental HR contacts and managers regarding position descriptions, hire above minimum requests and other classification and compensation related issues to ensure compliance with Federal and State law as well as University policies and procedures. The incumbent provides guidance and policy interpretation on inquiries for Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement, Pay for Performance, Bonuses, and Cash Awards.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in human resources management programs, including compensation analysis.
