Job Duties: The Property Security Officers are parking ambassadors for ECU and the Department of Parking and Transportation Services. Individuals in these positions provide parking information to our customers and legally enforce the ECU Parking and Traffic Regulations. Property Security Officers help manage a complex parking system. Work involves communication with customers, the enforcement of state laws and university regulations related to parking and traffic, observing parking, and recording observations. The Property Security Officer position is classified as a mandatory report position. Individuals will be required to report to work when the university is operating under special conditions due to emergency situations.
