Physiology Laboratory Coordinator
Biology: Physiology Laboratory Coordinator to serve as laboratory coordinator for human physiology and anatomy courses in the Department of Biology. Responsibilities include: coordinate over 20 laboratory sections each semester for bioscience majors and non-majors courses in human physiology and anatomy; train and supervise graduate teaching assistants, organize weekly lab preparation, maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment, and order supplies; work with biology faculty and department chair to update and improve lab activities, and to identify strategic purchases of lab and computer equipment.
Require: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physiology or related field, and two years of experience with laboratory instruction in human physiology, anatomy, or general biology. Desire: Master’s degree in biology, physiology or related field; two years of classroom or laboratory teaching experience in human physiology, anatomy, or general biology; and, experience with supervision of student laboratory assistants.
