Miami Dade College, one of the largest and most diverse institution of higher education in the nation has a rewarding opportunity for a Faculty, Sign Language Interpretation. This faculty member teaches American Sign Language and Sign Language Interpretation. Participates in curriculum development and revision. Evaluates students and performs career and academic advising. Participates in a variety of Departmental, Campus and College-wide programs, activities and committees. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in American Sign Language, Translation / Interpretations, or a focus of Deaf Studies (i.e. culture, history or education) and National RID Certification (preferred) OR Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in above fields and National RID Certification (preferred) To learn more about this and other employment opportunities visit us at www.mdc.edu/jobs
