DIRECTOR OF TICKET SALES & SERVICE
Duties: The Director of Ticket Sales & Service manages all ticket inventories and sales systems, operational functions, strategic planning, communications, and customer
service. Supervises Assistant Director, temporary sales staff, and assists in management & supervision of contracted sales/service account representatives. Assists
with the marketing and promotions of ticketed events with DRIA staff & through CRM system. Manages ticket office budget, oversees sales goals, and optimizes
sales opportunities. Prepares fiscal reports, settlements, and long range forecasting for senior administration. Trains & motivates staff in all aspects of exemplary
customer service. Reports to and receives direction from Associate Athletic Director, Operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience managing box office/ticketing venue, preferably for athletic events. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Strong oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of automated ticketing systems and previous experience working with outbound/inbound sales and relationship representatives preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
