Position Summary: Candidate will help prep food for large groups, Scholar Athlete Dinner, and Banquets as needed along with the ability to assist on dish washing as needed. Candidate must have the ability to work multiple areas of the kitchen and to perform these duties while using the proper sanitation practices. Candidate must keep work area clean and ready for certified inspection at all times. Candidate needs to manage and communicate personal work load to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Candidate needs to perform all duties while minimizing waste and impacting both food cost and inventory in a positive manner. Candidate needs to assist in training and supervising staff at Food Service Worker I and II levels. Candidate will perform all duties using the proper sanitation practices.

Responsibilities: To prepare food for AM and PM banquets as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or Vocational Diploma and experience in a large food service operation including some supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Valid Driving License required.
