Job Duties: The primary purpose of the position is to maintain accurate records for some of the Department of Parking & Transportation's receivable accounts, invoice and manage the debt collection for those accounts, and provide reconciliation support for those accounts. This position will create, update and compile reports regarding collections and/or account receivable data. This position will also submit any unresolved debts to collection agencies, the Attorney General's office, and the NC Dept of Revenue in compliance with University policies. This position will work closely with other university departments, the Internal Auditors Office, Compliance Management, the Attorney Generals office, collection agencies, and the NC Dept. of Revenue. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Administration, Parking and Transportation Services.
