Senior Data Entry Specialist
This position provides data entry, and gift processing support to the Advancement Division of York College of Pennsylvania. The position also assists the Advancement Services staff in maintaining the Banner database and insuring data integrity, and oversees the work of several student data entry employees.
The ideal candidate should possess a High School diploma, however, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have one to three years data entry or clerical experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is absolutely essential. We also require the candidate to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Knowledge of enterprise management software systems, especially Banner by Ellucian, is a plus.
