Metropolitan College of New York, a non-profit, regionally accredited college offering associate, bachelor's and master's degrees, and located in the Soho/Tribeca section of Manhattan, seeks a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and customer service skills to assist the Registrar. The Assistant will process grade changes, mail grade reports, work with students to obtain missing documents and process applications for graduation, assist with processing verification letters, update transcript sequences, process transcript requests and course registrations, and provide front desk coverage as necessary. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PowerCampus or similar; excellent customer service skills; and FERPA knowledge. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
