Posting Information: The School of Economics, Management, and Project Management, one of three schools in the College of Business, invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor tenure-track faculty position (position #0531) in Management beginning in August of 2018. Preference will be given to candidates with a primary interest in Strategic Management, with additional specializations in International Management or other business areas. This position requires teaching courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching both online and face-to-face courses, scholarly research, advising, and service activities. A commitment to active engagement with professionals in the regional business community supporting economic development is expected; the responsibilities of the position also include teaching the business capstone courses and arranging student practicums. The normal teaching load is 18 semester hours per academic year. Some teaching responsibilities may be at off-site locations and during evening hours. Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: A Ph.D. in an appropriate business field or a terminal degree in a closely related field is required. Applicants who are ABD and will defend their dissertation and complete all the degree requirements on or before August 1, 2019, will be considered.
