Job Description:

The Enrollment Bursar Coordinator will report to the Enrollment Bursar Manager. In addition to the Title Overview duties, the successful candidate will also provide student refunding, including payment plan refunds; troubleshoot CUNYfirst issues with respect to systems errors; assist with supervision of support staff; and open and close the office as necessary.

Qualifications:                                                                 
Bachelor's degree required. CUNYfirst experience strongly preferred.
 
The position requires an individual who is client centered with a strong commitment to service. The individual must be a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication (writing and oral), customer service, problem solving, and organization skills. The individual must be able to work independently.
