Director of Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs, the Director of Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs provides excellent service to student-athletes, coaches, and institutional staff members. The Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with all NCAA, conference and institutional regulations and for providing support, guidance and leadership to Temple University student-athletes. The Director of Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs also performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in sports administration and compliance. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities:

*Knowledge of NCAA and conference regulations.

*Ability to manage multiple collaborative projects and systems in a fast-paced environment.

*Experience working with diverse populations.

*Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

*Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

*Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.

*Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAi.
