Job description

Duties: The Administrative Coordinator, CFR will compile and analyze research to identify prospects to drive the Wharton CFR global strategy. This position will support the team's execution of travel and preparation for meetings, as well as work directly with selected Wharton research centers and initiatives to solicit corporate partners. The administrative coordinator will also work with the CFR, External Affairs commnications and data teams to create marketing, cultivation and stewardship materials for prospects. All stewardship correspondence related to the Wharton Partnership, Wharton's premier corporate affiliates program, will be managed by this position.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Bachelor's degree is preferred. Preference for candidates with experience working in a nonprofit setting, with corporate clients or with foundation funders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function with high degree of independence with a varied set of responsibilities, yet interact with colleagues in a centralized framework and contribute to a total team effort. Must be able to interact comfortably with faculty, administrators, and CEO level contacts.
