Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health Program Associate Director

The College of Science and Technology seeks qualified applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position. Under the supervision of the Associate Vice Dean and Director, the Associate Director will provide critical support for numerous aspects of the Temple University College of Science and Technology Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health Program. . Key responsibilities include being involved in all phases of the admissions process for the program, advising students in the program, career planning, and alumni stewardship. The Associate Director will also cultivate relationships and affiliation agreements with schools in the health professions, develop and host programs/events, create and maintain digital resources, and complete other essential tasks as determined by the Director. An additional responsibility will be to teach a biology course in neurophysiology to the post-baccalaureate class. Qualifications for the faculty position include doctoral degree in Higher Education or related field and at least 7 years of experience in health professions advising.
