Position Summary: This is a full-time position responsible for the direct IT support of the University of Georgia Griffin Campus. This is a highly responsible position and the successful candidate must have a broad understanding of information technology in the modern enterprise and be capable of addressing software, hardware, systems and networking issues. The person in this position must also be able to evaluate and triage technological issues; communicate effectively; demonstrate exceptional customer service; and exhibit the capacity to research, assess and adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities: Provide direct, timely, hand-on technology support to the client including the diagnosis and resolution of issues with standalone or interconnected hardware, software, peripherals, and network devices. This includes support and maintenance of some legacy systems supporting laboratory instrumentation.
