Position Summary: This position oversees the financial management of the International Center accounts, responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative functions of the International Center, collaborates with departmental HR coordinator on all human resources functions for the division, and assists with logistical operations of the unit.

Responsibilities: Responsible for financial management of all International Center accounts, which include income, state, conference and workshop, foundation, and restricted (as available). The tracking method for each of these accounts is QuickBooks, as well as the file method for the foundation account. Prepares financial reports for assigned accounts for use by associate directors. Posts and maintains expenditures in QuickBooks, performs monthly reconciliation of all accounts against status reports, prepares budget amendments and journal vouchers, prepares and reconciles all petty cash requests, processes all e-Check requests for unit, coordinates p-card purchases, processes all e-Ticket transactions for the unit, submits all UGAMart orders for the unit, submits and approves all travel authorities for unit and tracks expenditures against each travel authority, reviews and processes all travel expenses for unit, prepares honoraria forms, creates deposit transmittal forms for check deposits, delivers check payments to Bursar's Office when needed. Prepares updates to personnels for funding purposes, monitors cost-sharing and indirect costs of accounts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related management experience; OR six (6) years related management experience; OR equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
