The Program and Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations for the Graduate Program in Molecular and Translational Medicine (MTM) at BUMC. Serves as the main point of contact and administrative resource for all MTM students, faculty and staff. Also responsible for providing central office and administrative support to the department and to the Vice Chair of Finance, Business Administrator, Billing, Finance and Central Research teams.
3-5 years of experience and Bachelors degree required. Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask. Displays proficiency in operating computer systems MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
