The Faculty Actions Administrator will be the main point of contact for all Academic Research Job Family (ARJF) positions and manage projects and activities in the Dean's Office at Boston University School of Medicine. The individual will serve as a critical, cross-functional team member of the Dean's Office by planning, organizing, and managing activities in Human Resources operations for Academic Research positions and managing workflow of visa and permanent residence applications. In addition, the Faculty Actions Administrator will review faculty appointment applications and manage faculty positions in SAP for the School of Medicine.

Required Skills

2+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree required. Candidate must be proficient with the MS Office Suite. Must have excellent administrative, communication and computer skills. Ability to prioritize and work and handle multiple responsibilities at once. Must be able to demonstrate discretion with confidential information.
