The Development Coordinator performs a wide variety of professional, administrative, and support tasks for the School Development team and will directly support Assistant Dean of DAR overseeing the schools and their staff.
This position includes the organization, planning, and communication with multiple departments within development and alumni relations and across campus.
The successful candidate will maintain appointment schedules for the Assistant Dean of DAR, become the office expert on the constituent management system (Blackbaud eCRM), prepare reports, be responsible for drafting correspondence, and pro-actively resolve any procedural and workflow issues and day to day events and operations.
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience required.
Must have advanced computer and clerical skills
Must also have analytical and oral/written communications experience
Must be proficient in excel and able to grasp concepts and skills related to an advance Constituent Management System
